Sudden feast with friends

                                           

24/01/2021 means I had a small fist with our friends yesterday. Discussions were going on for a long time but everyone was not getting time together so yesterday was over suddenly. Tomorrow was also a very beautiful Netaji's birthday. So we also had a little fun through the feast. We had a feast with 4 people, it was rum, sam, bhuto, and I. I went out to market in the morning because the feast was at night. When I go to the market at night, I am too late to cook, so I bought everything in the morning. You didn't have to say the feast's menu. The menu was chicken and tandoori bread.

At noon I called all my friends and I called everyone and made the flour for tandoori with good curd and baking soda and sugar. Then began to cut all the grain hut. Bhuto is a master of grain cutting and I cook. Ram was in the music department and Sam was looking for wood for cooking when it was 5 pm. Then the oven was set on fire and it took about an hour and a half to cook the meat. It was seven-thirty in the evening.
 Then to make the bread, I had to knead it well again. The bread was on the stove, it took about an hour. About sixteen loaves were made. Everyone was having a good time playing music. At the same time, the dance of the song. Hmmm, I didn't tell you, Sam was hungry in the evening, so in the evening he had little muri and a cup of tea. Then I sat down to eat at nine o'clock at night. The meat was just awesome. I will give the meat recipe in my food blog. So everyone went home at ten o'clock in the morning. The day went well. I will tell you tomorrow what happened today.

Bengali: ২৪/০১/২০২১ এ মানে গতকাল আমাদের বন্ধুদের সাথে একটা ছোট করে ফিস্ট হয়ে গেল.বেশ অনেক দিন ধরেই আলোচনা চলছিল কিন্তু সবার এক সাথে সময় হয়ে উঠছিলো না তাই কাল হটাৎ করেই হয়ে গেল.কাল বার তও ছিল খুব সুন্দর তার ওপর নেতাজির জন্মদিন।তাই আমরাও ফিস্ট র মাধ্যমে একটু আনন্দ করে ফেললাম।আমরা ৪ জন মিলে ফিস্ট তা হয়েছিল তার মধ্যে ছিল র্রাম,সাম,ভুতো,আর আমি.সকাল বেলা বেরিয়ে পড়লাম বাজার করতে কারণ ফিস্ট টা ছিল রাতের বেলায়। রাত এ বাজার করলে রান্না করতে বড্ডো দেরি হয়ে যাই তাই সকাল বেলায় সব কিছু কিনে আনা হলো. আপনাদের তো বলাই হয়নি ফিস্ট এর মেনু।, মেনু ছিল চিকেন আর তান্দুরি রুটি। 

দুপুর বেলায় সব বন্ধু দেড় কল করলাম এবং সবাই কে  ডেকে তান্দুরি র জন্য ময়দা টা ভালো করে দই আর খাবার সোডা চিনি দিয়ে মেখে রাখলাম। তারপর শুরু হলো সব আনাজ কাটা কুটি। ভুতো আনাজ কাটাই ওস্তাদ আর আমি রান্নায়। রাম  গান বাজানোর ডিপার্টমেন্ট এ ছিল আর স্যাম রান্না র জন্য কাঠ খোঁজা খুঁজি করছিলো তখন বাজে বিকাল ৫ টা। তারপর  উনুন ধরানো হলো করাই চাপানো হলো মোটামুটি মাংস টা করতে দেড় ঘন্টা মতো টাইম নিলো। তখন বাজে সন্ধে সাত টা তিরিশ। 
 তারপর রুটি টা  হবার জন্য আবার ভালো করে ডলতে হলো তেল দিয়ে ওটা সবাই অল্প করে নিয়ে দোল্লাম। রুটি টা স্টোভে  হলো, মোটামুটি এক ঘন্টা মতো সময় লাগলো। প্রায় ষোলোটা রুটি করা হয়েছিল। গান বাজনা তে সময় টা সবার বেশ ভালোই কাটছিলো। তারসাথে গান র নাচ.ও হুম আপনাদের তো বলাই হয়নি সন্ধে বেলায় স্যাম র খিদে পেয়ে গেছিলো তাই সন্ধে বেলায় অল্প মুড়ি আর  এক কাপ চা খাওয়া হয়েছিল। তারপর রাত নটায় খেতে বসা হলো. মাংস তা জাস্ট অসাধারণ হয়েছিল আমি মাংসোর রেসিপি তা আমার ফুড ব্লগ এ দিয়ে দেব র রুটি তার ও. সব কিছু মাজামুজি করে সবাই বাড়ি গেল রাত দশ তাই. বেশ ভালোই কাটলো দিনটা।আজ আবার কি হয় সেটা কাল বলবো
